“Alternative livestock” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 501.003. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2156)
“Animal” means any living creature other than a member of the human race. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2156)
“Department” means the State Department of Agriculture. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2156)
“Director” means the Director of the Department. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2156)
“Importation” means the transportation or movement of animals by any railroad, express company, truckline or other carrier, or by any persons, by vehicle or otherwise, into this State. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2156)
