NRS 616A.360 – “Vocational rehabilitation services” defined.
“Vocational rehabilitation services” means any goods or services necessary to prepare an individual with a disability to engage in competitive integrated employment, as defined in 29 U.S.C. § 705, or to determine the rehabilitation potential of the individual. NRS 616A.350 – “Trade, business, profession or occupation of his or her employer” defined.
