NRS 616A.050 – “Association of self-insured private employers” defined.
“Association of self-insured private employers” means a nonprofit, unincorporated association composed of five or more private employers that has been issued a certificate by the Commissioner and is subject to the provisions of NRS 616B.350 to 616B.446, inclusive.
