NRS 618.9926 – Applicability.
The provisions of NRS 618.9920 to 618.9931, inclusive, do not apply to a volunteer or any other person who is not paid to perform work at a site. (Added to NRS by 2019, 490)
NRS 618.9927 – Division duties: Approval of OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 courses; registry of course providers; regulations setting forth guidelines for continuing education.
